PADI ReActivate (Refresh)

At Dive Academy Santa Pola we offer two Review options:

The first possibility is the theoretical review. First of all, we will go over how to set the equipment up, safety procedures, underwater signals and we will demonstrate and practise on land some exercises before getting into the water (like emptying the mask, recovering the regulator, etc.) After,  we will do two dives in the sea with the group.

The second option is the PADI Reactivate course. Firstly we will go over the theory, like how to set the equipment up, underwater signals, safety during diving and the exercise demonstration. Then we will do our first dive, we will practise the safety exercises under water (like how to empty the mask, recover the regulator, buoyancy control, etc). After a short break, we will do a second dive so you can continue learning and improving your skills. We can also practise other things that you feel like you need to improve. For this second option, the maximum number of people per group would be 3 people.

You will gain more confidence, get used to diving again and learn how to use your new equipment. Overall, the refresher course will help you feel more comfortable under water.

In order to take part in the PADI ReActivate course you must meet the following requirements:

• Have a diving certification
• Be at least 10 years old
• Not have cardiorespiratory problems or serious health problems.
• Not have persistent problems with your ears
• Not be pregnant.
• Have diving insurance (If you do not have diving insurance we can arrange when you start the course)
